How Our System Delivers Peace of Mind
This visual workflow builds confidence by showing exactly how the system moves from data collection to resolution, highlighting the Proactive and Support elements.
The Okari Life, Virgil Life, or Okari Drive device detects a critical event (Fall, SOS Button press, or Proactive: a deviation/exception alert from the IgnitusAI Cloud).
Action: The data is instantly sent to the IgnitusAI Cloud (Centralized Backend). The system rapidly analyzes the situation against the user’s normal data patterns.
Proactive Benefit: System immediately sends a pre-alert to concerned family persons before a confirmed accident/incident (e.g., "User is outside Geo-Fence" or "Heart Rate Spiked").
If Personal Family Response: Notifications/Calls go immediately to the designated family/caregiver list.
If 24/7 Professional Monitoring: The signal goes to our 24/7 Monitoring Center. A trained professional attempts two-way communication, verifies the emergency, and dispatches the correct local services (Ambulance/Police).
Outcome: Emergency services are en route OR the family has confirmed the user is safe. All data and event details are logged in the IgnitusAI Cloud and accessible via the Digital App for follow-up and historical use.
